A white glove move in Dubai runs in four stages over two to three weeks, and only one of them is the moving day. Most of the work happens before and after the vehicle arrives.
An item-level survey
The survey lists items, not rooms. Each piece that needs its own handling is recorded with its size, its material, how it comes off the wall or out of its alcove, and the route it will travel.
The same walk settles the questions that cost hours later: which doorways the large pieces will not pass, where the vehicle can stand, and what the building allows.

Protection chosen per piece

Wardrobes are emptied into labelled wardrobe cartons that go back into the same wardrobe. Beds are stripped and the linen travels with the bed, so it is the first thing made up at the other end.

Gated villa communities
Gated communities control access through gate passes, approved moving hours and limits on vehicle size.
On large plots in Emirates Hills or Al Barari, the carry from the front door to the truck is part of the labour, so we measure it at the survey.
