A community without a page is still a community we cover

Some names above are links and some are plain text. The difference is not where we work — it is which pages have been written.

A page is only worth publishing when there is something specific to say: the building stock, the lift situation, the permit desk, where a truck can actually stand. Sixty-seven near-identical pages saying "we move in X" would help nobody and would bury the ones that do have something to say.

So the list is the coverage and the link is only a page. If yours is plain text today, book it exactly as you would any other — the crew, the survey and the quotation are identical.

What covering an area actually means

Four things we settle before a date is agreed, wherever in the city you are.

  • We know the access before the day

    Service lift, loading point, gate procedure and permitted hours — confirmed with the building or the community, not assumed from the last job.

  • Both ends, separately

    A tower and a villa are different jobs. A move between them is two surveys, because collection and delivery rarely share an arrangement.

  • The vehicle follows the inventory

    Crew size and truck size are set by what is being moved and how far it is carried, not by a package name.

  • One written scope

    Packing, labour, furniture work, access and anything optional are named in the quotation, so the invoice is the quotation.

What to send us, wherever you are

None of it is required to ask. All of it makes the quotation closer to the final figure.

  • The community, and the building or villa number
  • The floor, and whether there is a service lift
  • Property type and size at both ends
  • Whether you want packing, or only transport
  • Your preferred date, and whether it can move
  • Photographs of the rooms — the single most useful thing you can send
  • Anything unusual: a piano, artwork, a safe, a full garage

Questions about where we work

My community is listed but is not a link. Do you move there?

Yes. The list is where we work; the link is only whether a page has been written about that community yet. Booking is identical either way.

My community is not on the list at all.

Call us. The list covers the communities we are asked about most, not the limit of where a truck can go.

Do you move between communities, or only within one?

Between, mostly. Collection and destination are surveyed separately because they rarely share the same access.

Do you move outside Dubai?

Yes, to the other emirates. Tell us both addresses and the date, and it is quoted as a single job rather than two.

Do you cover offices as well as homes?

Yes. Commercial moves are quoted from an inventory of workstations, equipment and files, and usually need a short site visit.

Is there a minimum job?

No. A single large item across the city is a normal booking — say what it is and where it is going.
