A Dubai moving company that finishes the job inside the house

We are E House Mover UAE, working out of Jumeirah 3 and moving homes and offices across the city.

Most of what makes a move go well happens before anyone lifts anything: the survey, the building approvals, the decision about what gets crated. That is the part we are careful about.

Who we are

E House Mover UAE is a licensed moving company based at 14 Al Tawaash Street, Jumeirah 3, Dubai. We work in one city and we have no plans to change that.

That is a choice rather than a limit. A mover who works everywhere knows no building in particular. Working only in Dubai means we know which towers need a service-lift booking and which need a loading-bay slot as well, which communities cap vehicle size at the gate, and which days of the week a move will not be approved at all.

The work runs from a single item collected and delivered, through a full villa packed and set up, to an office moved over a weekend.

Our mission

To be judged on the morning after, not on the afternoon of.

A move is usually measured on the wrong day. Everything arrives, the van leaves, and the family is left standing in a room of sealed boxes with the beds still in pieces — and by every measure the mover used, that was a success.

We would rather be measured the next morning. Whether the kitchen works. Whether anybody had to ring us about a scratch. Whether the cardboard went away with us or is still in the hallway a week later.

That is a deliberately small mission. It is also one you can hold us to, which the large ones never are.

Our vision

A move in Dubai should be a scheduled piece of work, not a day everybody dreads.

Almost everything that goes wrong on a moving day was decided weeks earlier and written down nowhere: the lift was booked for the wrong four hours, the gate will not pass the vehicle, the marble top was wrapped when it needed a crate, nobody knew who to ring.

None of that is bad luck. It is planning that did not happen. The work we are trying to make normal in this city is the dull part — surveying in person, confirming the building in writing, deciding the protection per item before the crew arrives — so that the day itself is uneventful.

An uneventful moving day is the whole product.

Our values

Six things that decide how a job is run. Each one costs us something, which is what makes it a value rather than a slogan.

  • The scope is written down

A quotation that is only a number is an argument waiting to happen. Ours lists what is included, what is not, and what would change the figure — before a date is held.

  • The building is half the job

Permissions, service lifts, loading bays and permitted hours belong to the property, not to us, and they are what delays a move. We confirm them at the survey rather than on the morning.

  • Protection is chosen, not applied

A marble top, a glazed frame and a fabric sofa fail in three different ways. Wrapping all three the same way is faster, and it is how things get damaged.

  • The job ends inside the house

Furniture reassembled and put where it belongs, and the packaging taken away. A delivery is the middle of the work, not the end of it.

  • One person to ask

A supervisor runs the day at both addresses, so nobody has to explain the same thing to three people or work out who is actually in charge.

  • One city, properly

Dubai only. We would rather know every community here than claim a map of the Emirates and learn each building on the day.

What a move costs, and the five things that change it, are set out on the moving costs page.

What we will not do

A page of promises is easy. These are the things we turn down, which is the same list read from the other side.

Price a move we have not seen

A figure given over the phone is a guess, and a guess gets corrected on the day when you have no choice but to accept it. The survey is free and it is not optional.

Hold a date before the building has agreed

If the tower has not confirmed the lift and the hours, there is no booking — only an appointment to be turned away at the desk.

Take a job we are not equipped for that day

A piano, a crated artwork or a four-bedroom villa each need their own crew and kit. Sending the wrong one and improvising is how things get broken.

Leave the packaging behind

Forty cartons flattened in your hallway is not the end of a move. It goes with us.

What every move includes

Whatever the size of the job and whichever service it was booked as, these are not extras and are never quoted separately.

  • A survey before a price
  • A written scope with the quotation
  • Building and community approvals checked
  • Floor and lift protection at both ends
  • Dismantling and reassembly
  • A named supervisor on the day
  • A walk-through before the crew leaves
  • Packaging removed, not left in the hall

Insurance is arranged on every move, and the cover and its limit are written on your quotation.

Two addresses and roughly when, and we will come and look at it. The survey is free and the quotation comes with the scope attached, so you can see what you are comparing.
