Remraam is low-rise blocks around courtyards. Skycourts is six towers. Majan and Liwan are mid-rise developments with their own entrances and their own parking. Dubailand Residence Complex is another set again.
They share a district name and almost nothing else. The lift, the walk from the entrance to where a van can stand, the floor, and whether the building manages its move-in hours are different in each — and those four things are most of what decides how long a move takes.
So the booking asks which cluster, which building and which floor. It is thirty seconds on a phone call, and it is the difference between a van that arrives ready and a crew working out the route while the clock runs.
