What to have ready
None of this is required to send the form. All of it makes the quote closer to the final figure.
- Property type and size at both ends
- The floor, and whether there is a service lift
- Roughly how much furniture, and any very large pieces
- Whether you want packing, or only transport
- Your preferred date, and whether it can move
- Photographs of the rooms — the single most useful thing you can send
- Anything unusual: a piano, artwork, a safe, a full garden

Included when stated
Full or partial packing, materials, unpacking, complex dismantling, storage and specialist-item handling. In writing or not at all.
What can change the figure
A long carry the survey did not see, waiting caused by unconfirmed building access, or belongings added after the quotation.
What we will not do
Quote a number before understanding the job, or send a price that is not the price. If a survey is needed, we say so.

How quickly will I hear back?
Usually the same working day. Larger villas and offices may take longer, because they need a survey before a figure means anything.
Is the quote free, and am I committed to anything?
Free, and no. It is a written scope and a price. You decide afterwards.
Do you need to visit the property?
Often not. Photographs or a short video call cover most apartments and smaller homes. Larger villas and offices are worth a visit.
Will the final price match the quotation?
It should, provided the job matches what was described. A long carry nobody mentioned, waiting on unconfirmed building access, or extra belongings added on the day can change it — those are named on the quote rather than buried.
Can I get a quote without a confirmed date?
Yes. Send the property details and an approximate date; the figure holds and we fix the day when you are ready.
What if I only need part of a move?
That is normal. Partial packing, a single large item, or transport only — say which in the message and it will be quoted as that.
Do you quote for offices?
Yes. Commercial moves are quoted from an inventory of workstations, equipment and files, and usually need a short site visit.
