We survey, protect, carry, transport and place. That is the whole of it, and it is worth being exact because this is a field where vague promises are common.
We do not restore, clean or repair. We do not value pieces or advise on what they are worth. We do not remove work that has been installed rather than hung — mounted panels, pieces set into joinery, anything fixed by a specialist should come off the wall by the same hands that put it there, and we will say so rather than attempt it.
Where a piece genuinely needs a conservator or a crating specialist, we say that at the survey. It costs us the job on that item and it is still the right answer, because the alternative is finding out afterwards.

Each piece measured and described: material, frame, glazing, condition and how it comes off the wall. Photographs of anything already marked.
Agree the method
What is crated, what is corner-protected, what travels flat and what travels upright — and anything we recommend a specialist handles.
Protect and label
